Nowadays I am regularly updating the Windows version of Maul Publisher only.
The latest 3.44 version of Maul Publisher for Windows now includes a rasteriser engine, so that you can produce raster images suitable for 4 colour printing. Also included is an imposition editor, but the lack of a DTP or DTF printing plate maker driver means that the very last step, producting an actual printing plate still needs to be added. An open source Plate Driver example is available on the download page.
What you can do, is to use the resulting 4 colour raster images for silk screen printing. In this case the raster images are printed on a normal printer, and then transferred using a UV light to expose a photo-sensitive silk screen. Hobby kits for this usage are available on the sites of diverse online traders.
